Handcrafted Journals by Journal Pathways
Are you looking around at your life and wondering, “What happened?” How did I get here? This isn’t what I planned. The answer is always the same whether you’re young, middle-aged, or a senior citizen.
Your life right now is a culmination of everything you believe and the behaviors (actions) you took due to those beliefs.
It’s that simple - but simple to recognize and define, rarely equals easy to unpack and resolve.
What you believe about yourself, others and the world always emanates from your internal belief paradigm.
Not maybe . . . not sometimes . . . not because of . . . but always.
I'm not talking about the beliefs that are easily identified and verbalized . . .
I’m talking about the subconscious beliefs that you and I both have. These are the foundational beliefs that we rarely, and for some individuals, never challenge.
There are two reasons why we don’t challenge them.
They are painful. We don’t want to look at them
We don’t even know they exist or how we collected them
While this post may feel confrontational and possibly make you a little angry (yes, something I’ve said is stirring one of those subconscious beliefs), - please know - it is written with the utmost heartfelt compassion. I’ve been where you are right now.
For over 30 years, I’ve been discovering the valuable nuggets that make this change possible along a journaling pathway. Five years ago, it began to intensify to a victorious crescendo. I long to share those change nuggets with you every week—right here.
Nuggets of wisdom that:
Create change
Reduce anxiety
Increase self-confidence
All while building an undeniable, increasingly intimate relationship with the Lord Jesus Christ that you never thought possible.
Thank you for reading - let me hear from you,
